There is a private ally at the back of my property and a conservation field. The trees bushes and brambles are so overgrown that they have sprouted into my garden. They are pulling my fence down, I can’t open my back gate and the gate is also being pulled down by the out of control trees. I have no access to the rear ally, but it’s also full of brambles tree branches and fly tipped rubbish. I have reported this several times and I know my neighbours at have also made compla
